Check-in Instructions for Apollo Park A205
Please go directly to your rental condo, Apollo Park A205.
Step 1 – Directions to Apollo Park Condos, 422 South Frontage Road East, Vail, CO 81657
From I-70, take the main Vail exit, #176. Go to the main roundabout on the Village side of the highway. Go around and exit the roundabout, heading East on South Frontage Road. Go past Vail Village and the Vail Transportation Center, and straight through the stop sign. Shortly after the stop sign, turn right into the driveway for Apollo Park, which is the parking lot just past the new development. If you pass the Wren or Ford Park, you have gone too far.
Step 2 – Parking: Park near the southeast end of the lot, closest to building A. Please be sure to display the parking pass we give you. The parking pass can be found inside the condo, in your check-in packet.
Step 3 – Get into your condo: Take the stairs up to the second floor. You may use the small lockbox by the door to get a spare key. Enter the lockbox
code provided to you on the email, “Check-in instructions for Apollo Park A205". Pull down on the top button to open the lockbox. If it doesn’t work, pull down on the center reset button and try again. Use the spare key to open the door. Once you are inside, please put the spare key back into the lockbox and use the keys provided in the check-in packet (the large white envelope). We recommend the spare key remain in the lockbox in case you forget your key.

Money matters:
1. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a cancellation, full refund of any deposit (less a $100.00 cancellation
charge) will be made ONLY if we receive notice 30 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits will be forfeited on
cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits for accommodations during Christmas, New
Year's, Presidents' week, and non-refundable promos are non-refundable. All deposits will be held in an interest
-bearing advance deposit escrow account and the interest inures to the benefit of Vail Management Company.
2. Security deposit: a signed damage waiver and a valid major credit
Card number must be on file.
We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance. Vail management
company is not resposible for lost or stolen items. Secure your valuables.
Early check-in/late check-out:
Our check-in time is 4pm. If you are scheduled to arrive before 4pm,
please call our office and we will try to accommodate your plans. Checkout
time is 10am. Please contact our office if your departure will be
delayed. There is a $25 late check-out charge for each hour you stay
until noon.
After noon, you will be charged for an extra day.
Housekeeping:
Your room rate does not include daily housekeeping service. Linens are
changed once during the week if you stay 7 nights or more. You may
contact our office during regular business hours to request additional
needed supplies.
Telephone charges:
A telephone is provided for your convenience at the expense of the
condominium owner. Should you or your guests need to make any long
distance calls, please make them on a mobile phone, collect, credit card,
or charged to a third number. Should we need to charge you for any long
distance calls made during your stay, you will be billed an additional $20
handling fee.
Pets:
Please leave your pets at home. They are not allowed in our rentals.
Smoking:
This is a non-smoking unit. If you must smoke, please smoke outside.
