Check-in Instructions for SunVail Condos
Please go directly to your rental condo, at SunVail Condos.
Step 1 – Directions to 625 North Frontage Road, Vail, CO 81657.
From I-70, take the main Vail exit #176. Proceed to the North (opposite from the ski mountain) roundabout. Exit the roundabout going West on North Frontage Road West. Continue about 0.7 miles straight, until you pass under the pedestrian bridge. Then turn right into the parking lot for SunVail Condominiums. See the above map to find where your building is located. Walk up the stairs to the condo building and look at the condo numbers on the building to find your entrance.
Step 2 – Get into your condo. There is no need to pick up keys. See the email “Check-in instructions for SunVail” for your code.
Step 3 – Parking: Free parking for one car is included. Be sure to find your SunVail parking pass in the white envelope and place it on your dashboard. Additional cars may park at the public Vail parking garages for $50 per day.
Step 4 – Enjoy your stay!

Money matters:
1. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a cancellation, full refund of any deposit (less a $100.00 cancellation charge) will be made ONLY if we receive notice 30 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits will be forfeited on cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits for accommodations during Christmas, New Year's, Presidents' week, and non-refundable promos are non-refundable. All deposits will be held in an interest-bearing advance deposit escrow account and the interest inures to the benefit of Vail Management Company.
2. Security deposit: a signed damage waiver and a valid major credit
Card number must be on file.
We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance. Vail management company is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Secure your valuables.
Early check-in/late check-out:
Our check-in time is 4pm. If you are scheduled to arrive before 4pm, please call our office and we will try to accommodate your plans. Check-out time is 10am. Please contact our office if your departure will be delayed. LATE CHECK-OUTS: In the event that a party has not completely checked out by 10:00am on the date of departure, a fee equal to 25% of the rack nightly rate will be charged. After noon, the fee is equal to 100% of the rack nightly rate.
Housekeeping:
Your cleaning fee includes a check-out clean, but does not include daily housekeeping service unless otherwise specified. Linens are changed once during the week if you stay 7 nights or more. You may contact our office during regular business hours to request additional needed supplies.
Telephone charges:
A telephone is provided for your convenience at the expense of the condominium owner. Should you or your guests need to make any long distance calls, please make them on a mobile phone, collect, credit card, or charged to a third number. Should we need to charge you for any long distance calls made during your stay, you will be billed an additional $20 handling fee.
Pets:
Please leave your pets at home. They are not allowed in our rentals.
Smoking:
This is a non-smoking unit. If you must smoke, please smoke outside.
