Check-in Instructions for Village Inn Plaza 218
Please go directly to your rental condo at Village Inn Plaza in Vail, Colorado.
Step 1 – Directions to Village Inn Plaza Condos, unloading zone.
Please DO NOT enter Village Inn Plaza into your GPS. Instead, use: The Sebastian Hotel, 16 Vail Road, Vail, Colorado 81657. From I-70, take the main Vail Exit, #176. Proceed to the south side of the highway (toward the Village). Exit the main roundabout heading South on Vail Road, directly toward the ski mountain. Within 200 feet, turn left into the main entrance of the Sebastian Hotel, then immediately turn right as you enter the driveway, into the 15-minute unloading zone for Village Inn Plaza. Step 2 – Get into your condo: From the loading zone, go around the white Village Inn Plaza building, to the Southeast corner. You enter the building through the private door between La Bottega Restaurant and the Delizioso shop. To get in the building, use the outer door code provided on the email we sent to you, “Check-in Instructions for Village Inn Plaza 218″. Go in and take the elevator to the second floor, to condo 218. The condo has a mechanical combination lock. The code for the lock is also provided on the email. Turn the small knob to the left to reset. Punch in the combo (The numbers start with 1 at the top), then turn the small brass knob to the right to unlock. When leaving, turn the same knob to the left to lock. It is recommended that you practice using this lock with the door open before you go out.
Step 3 – Parking your car in the garage: From the loading zone, go back out to Vail Road and turn right. Turn right again at the roundabout onto South Frontage Road East. After the green awning that reads “68 Village Inn Plaza”, turn into the driveway into the underground garage. To open the garage, use the “Garage Code” we provided in the email, “Check-in Instructions for Village Inn Plaza 218″. When you drive in the garage entrance, turn right and go down another level. You may park anywhere in the LOWER LEVEL parking garage. Be sure to use the parking pass we left in the condo for you. The pass must be displayed visibly on your dashboard.

Step 4 – Get from the garage to your condo: On the South wall of the lower parking garage, there is a door (next to the sign “59″) leading to a hallway from the garage to your building (Use the "Hallway to Garage interior door code" to get back in later). Follow the hallway to the right (West) about 150 feet until you run into the exit door. Go out the door. The Sebastian Hotel is to your right, and your building, Village Inn Plaza Phase V, is ahead to your left. Follow the directions in step 2 to get back into your building. To get back in the hallway from the West end, use the “Hallway to Garage exterior door code” we sent to you in the email.
Step 5 – Enjoy your stay!

You may use the Sebastian Hotel pool area next door, to the West of Village Inn Plaza. To get there, go down to the P2 parking level, and go out the back door (towards Vail Village). Turn right, and walk into the Sebastian Hotel. Sign in at the spa desk, and you will be free to use the pool area.
You may connect to the secure wireless network “VI218″. The password/key is provided on the email we sent to you, “Check-in Instructions for Village Inn Plaza 218″.

Money matters:
1. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a cancellation, full refund of any deposit (less a $100.00 cancellation
charge) will be made ONLY if we receive notice 30 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits will be forfeited on
cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits for accommodations during Christmas, New
Year's, Presidents' week, and non-refundable promos are non-refundable. All deposits will be held in an interest
-bearing advance deposit escrow account and the interest inures to the benefit of Vail Management Company.
2. Security deposit: a signed damage waiver and a valid major credit
Card number must be on file.
We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance. Vail management
company is not resposible for lost or stolen items. Secure your valuables.
Early check-in/late check-out:
Our check-in time is 4pm. If you are scheduled to arrive before 4pm,
please call our office and we will try to accommodate your plans. Checkout
time is 10am. Please contact our office if your departure will be
delayed. LATE CHECK-OUTS: In the event that a party has not
completely checked out by 10:00am on the date of departure, a fee
equal to 25% of the rack nightly rate will be charged. After noon, the fee
is equal to 100% of the rack nightly rate.
Housekeeping:
Your room rate includes sheets and towels, but does not include daily
housekeeping service. Linens are changed once during the week if you
stay 7 nights or more. You may contact our office during regular business
hours to request additional needed supplies.
Telephone charges:
A telephone is provided for your convenience at the expense of the
condominium owner. Should you or your guests need to make any long
distance calls, please make them on a mobile phone, collect, credit card,
or charged to a third number. Should we need to charge you for any long
distance calls made during your stay, you will be billed an additional $20
handling fee.
Pets:
Please leave your pets at home. They are not allowed in our rentals.
Smoking:
This is a non-smoking unit. If you must smoke, please smoke outside.
