Check-in Instructions for 324W Beaver Dam Rd
Please go directly to your rental home at 324 Beaver Dam Road.
Step 1 – Directions to 324 Beaver Dam Road, Vail, CO 81657.
From I-70, take the main Vail exit, #176. Proceed to the South roundabout, which if you're coming from Denver is on your left, or if you're coming from Eagle is on your right. Exit the roundabout going straight toward Vail Mountain on Vail Road. Go past a stop sign and the Vail Chapel. Once you cross the bridge over Gore Creek, turn right onto Beaver Dam Road. After about 1000ft, the house will be on your left, on the up-hill side of the road. The West side of the duplex is on the right side of the driveway as you pull in.
Step 2 – Get into your rental home: You may use the electronic lock on the door. Press the "Schlage" button to turn on the backlight. Enter the door code provided to you on the email, “Check-in instructions for 324 Beaver Dam Road". Use the door handle to open the door. Once you are inside, turn the thumb knob to vertical to leave it unlocked. Turn the thumb knob horizontal to require the code every time. With another person inside, please practice opening the lock when you go out for the first time!
Step 3 – Parking. You may park one car in the garage. There is a button inside the house front door to open the garage. Also, there is a garage keypad, and the code is in the email, “Check-in instructions for 324 Beaver Dam Road". You may park 2 to 3 cars in the West side of the driveway, outside the garage, but please do not block the neighbors in the house on the East side of the driveway. Also, please do not block the garbage can shed, which is to the right of the front door. Trash pickup is every Monday and they will come to the shed to get the can.

Money matters:
1. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a cancellation, full refund of any deposit (less a $100.00 cancellation charge) will be made ONLY if we receive notice 30 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits will be forfeited on cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits for accommodations during Christmas, New Year's, Presidents' week, and non-refundable promos are non-refundable. All deposits will be held in an interest-bearing advance deposit escrow account and the interest inures to the benefit of Vail Management Company.
2. Security deposit: a signed damage waiver and a valid major credit
Card number must be on file.
We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance. Vail management company is not resposible for lost or stolen items. Secure your valuables.
Early check-in/late check-out:
Our check-in time is 4pm. If you are scheduled to arrive before 4pm, please call our office and we will try to accommodate your plans. Check-out time is 10am. Please contact our office if your departure will be delayed. LATE CHECK-OUTS: In the event that a party has not completely checked out by 10:00am on the date of departure, a fee equal to 25% of the rack nightly rate will be charged. After noon, the fee is equal to 100% of the rack nightly rate.
Housekeeping:
Your room rate does not include daily housekeeping service. Linens are changed once during the week if you stay 7 nights or more. You may contact our office during regular business hours to request additional needed supplies.
Telephone charges:
A telephone is provided for your convenience at the expense of the condominium owner. Should you or your guests need to make any long distance calls, please make them on a mobile phone, collect, credit card, or charged to a third number. Should we need to charge you for any long distance calls made during your stay, you will be billed an additional $20 handling fee.
Pets:
Please leave your pets at home. They are not allowed in our rentals.
Smoking:
This is a non-smoking unit. If you must smoke, please smoke outside.
