Check-in Instructions for Tyrolean Condos
Please go directly to your rental condo at Tyrolean Condominiums.
Step 1 – Directions to Tyrolean Condos, 400 East Meadow Drive, Vail, CO 81657.
Take Interstate 70 to Vail. Exit I-70 at the main Vail exit #176. Proceed to the south (village side) roundabout. Exit the roundabout heading back towards Denver and drive east on the South Frontage Road. You will pass the Vail Transportation Center Parking Structure. At the stop sign make a right on to Vail Valley Drive. The first driveway on the left is the Tyrolean building. Park your car in front of the garage door, set your parking brake, and get out to open the garage door. Refer to the email, “Check-in Instructions for Tyrolean″ to find the code to open the garage gate. Walk through the gate, and push the “open” button on your left to open the garage door.
Step 2 – Parking: Park in one of the assigned spaces marked with your unit number. A parking pass is not necessary.
Step 3 – Get into your condo: To access the elevator lobby, pick up the telephone by the elevator lobby door and dial the same garage/elevator code found on the email again. As soon as you dial the code, hang up and pull the door open. Take the elevator to your floor.
Step 4 – Enjoy your stay!

Vail Management office hours – M-F 9am-5pm, and (ski season only) Sa-Su 10am-4pm.

For after-hours emergencies, call 1-866-276-7514 for our answering service. We have someone on call.
Money matters:
1. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a cancellation, full refund of any deposit (less a $100.00 cancellation
charge) will be made ONLY if we receive notice 30 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits will be forfeited on
cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits for accommodations during Christmas, New
Year's, Presidents' week, and non-refundable promos are non-refundable. All deposits will be held in an interest
-bearing advance deposit escrow account and the interest inures to the benefit of Vail Management Company.
2. Security deposit: a signed damage waiver and a valid major credit card number must be on file.
We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance. Vail Management Company is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Secure your valuables.
Early check-in/late check-out:
Our check-in time is 4pm. If you are scheduled to arrive before 4pm, please call our office and we will try to accommodate your plans. Checkout time is 10am. Please contact our office if your departure will be delayed. There is a $25 late check-out charge for each hour you stay
until noon. After noon, you will be charged for an extra day.
Housekeeping:
Your room rate includes daily light housekeeping service. Linens are changed once during the week if you stay 7 nights or more, and we clean the condo upon check-out. You may contact our office during regular business hours to request additional needed supplies.
Telephone charges:
A telephone is provided for your convenience at the expense of the condominium owner. Should you or your guests need to make any long distance calls, please make them on a mobile phone, collect, credit card, or charged to a third number. Should we need to charge you for any long distance calls made during your stay, you will be billed an additional $20
handling fee.
Pets:
Please leave your pets at home. They are not allowed in our rentals.
Smoking:
This is a non-smoking unit. If you must smoke, please smoke outside.
