FEATURES: Main bedroom has a King bed and a twin day bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen, 3rd bedroom has a full-size bunk bed with slide-out twin trundle. NO sleeper sofa. Three and a half bathrooms.
NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. Opening windows upstairs and downstairs to create an updraft cools the house pretty quickly.

The location is nice with a short bus trip to the slopes and a very nice kitchen setup. The master and queen guest were very well furnished, however the bunk bed room had a sign listing a max weight of 150lbs, which meant we could not use it... and it was the shakiest bunk bed I've ever seen, so I wouldn't trust it for my 6/7-year old either -- it needs to go ;). Additionally, the fireplace was temperamental. Other than that, the property location, price, and otherwise well-stocked amenities make a place worth renting again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The condominium has been extensively remodeled and was a pleasure to stay in. Well laid out.
Convenient location. Surprising how little highway noise could be heard in the unit. A few areas for improvement: the TV channel selections were limited unless guests had their own passcodes. Difficult to contact someone from management, although they did provide next day replacement of a melted tea pot.
Rental was roomy, clean and very conveniently located to free shuttle to Vaill. Perfect for my family of 5 with lots of room to spread out. Kitchens and bathrooms were updated and well stocked. We would definitely stay again!
