Pros: beautiful location in the heart of Vail steps from the lift and the covered bridge, comfortable beds (lots of them), well-stocked with dishes and soap and towels, great shower and bathroom, clean, fun decor, a/c which matters to me in Aug - even in Vail, nice balcony with beautiful views. Cons: in-town means parking is a bit far, some noise from restaurants and shops and landscapers, bright lights from the alley and no curtains or any way to make it dark (that would be easy to fix and it was really a problem), next door neighbors played loud music at 1am two of the 5 nights we were there. I would recommend the owners get some comfortable chairs on the balcony and a table to enjoy the amazing location and views (another easy fix). We spent some time trying to get the a/c to work, watching YouTube videos and calling the property mgr. We finally tried removing the outdoor fuse thing and putting it back in and that worked, some notes to try that would have saved us a few hours.

Our family stayed here for 4th of July. The condo was very nice and clean and well stocked, the building was very secure and you can’t beat the location, you can walk to everything in the Village and get on the mountain very easily, we would stay again!
Condo was perfect. Best location in Vail Village. Everything worked well and the condo was very clean.
