Mountainside ski-in, ski-out condo located next to the Eagle Bahn Gondola in Vail Lionshead Village. Treetops Condominiums are in the perfect Vail vacation rental location, with stunning views of 70-foot pine trees and Vail Mountain. Location, Location, Location! You can enjoy all that Vail has to offer as you simply walk out your door to be on the Vail ski mountain and immersed in all the amenities, shops, restaurants, ski lifts/gondola and entertainment of Vail Lionshead Village. Treetops enjoys the best location while still being private and peaceful directly on the Gore Creek. Free covered parking spot in private parking lot. The stop for the free in-town bus to Vail Village is right outside the front door.

FEATURES: 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a King bed and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a third twin trundle that slides out. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway with a shower-tub and a separate jacuzzi tub.

NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. In the summer, opening a balcony door or windows cools the condo pretty quickly, but then you may hear some highway noise. This is not really a problem in the winter.

1. Travelled to site from San Diego with wife and three grandchildren.
2. Arrived to find elevator not working!
3. Called Vail Mgmt office and 24/7 number twice and got no phone call back.
4. After hauling all the luggage up the stairs, and nearly passing out, I find out there's no A/C and it's 80 deg in the condo. I was very upset. You need to let people know about equipment failures. I don't like surprises. A return phone call would have been great too. Not a good way to treat a guest.
5. Other than this, the stay went ahead with no more surprises.

We love staying at the Treetop Condos. They are conveniently located to activities, restaurants and walking distance to Vail. This property had great space and a full kitchen with everything you could need! We loved the games provided. The views are amazing and everything was very clean.

This property is well located next to the Lionshead Gondola. Very close to shops, restaurants, market and the bus into Vail Village. Only drawback for us was 1 parking spot for a 3-bedroom unit. Even though garage was empty, we had to pay extra for another car in Lionshead Parking Garage.

This was the perfect condo for our family, just steps from the gondola, ski school, and the shops and restaurants at Lionshead. Very comfy with plenty of room to stretch out, beautiful views of the slopes, and a balcony overlooking Gore Creek and the mountainside. The grocery store is right next door to stock up the kitchen. Love the 80s vibe!
