NOTE: NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation; in the summer, opening a balcony door or windows cools the condo pretty quickly, but then you may hear some highway noise. Stairs up to 3rd floor, no elevator.

Nice place but too close to interstate 70 so very noisy with the doors or windows open. If you want peace and quiet then this is not the place. location was great walking distance to Lionhead village. In the winter with all the doors and windows closed its a great place to stay for skiing. But in the summer too noisy. And lots of stairs to climb with luggage. But a nice clean place with all the essentials you need

Great location and we’ll apportioned condo, everything where it should be, one bit of advice, get more humidifiers in, being there for a week with young kids, one humidifier just isn’t enough

This place is a 10 minute walk to the gondola in full ski gear. Top end kitchen appliances, and great view of the mountain. Would recommend a ski valet, as this condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The pool and hot tub are right outside this unit. I’ll be booking again for next year.
The condo was clean and in decent shape. The two bathrooms were nicely updated, and the beds comfortable. The kitchen appliances are worn but mostly functional. The biggest challenge was being on the third floor and managing the stairs with luggage and ski equipment.
