Lodge at 100 W Beaver Creek 301, 3BD Condo

Our family loved this unit. We had plenty of space to hang out and the connector gondola was a short 2-3min walk away. A bit dated but didn't bother us as it was expected per past reviews and photos. Would recommend and come back.

The location of the condo was great - we basically parked the car and walked everywhere we needed to go. The parking garage setup also made it super easy to arrive/depart. We did have an issue with the living room TV where half of the screen was dark and when maintenance arrived they tried to convince us that they couldn't see a problem, even though it was beyond obvious. This left a pretty bad taste in our mouths since we specifically chose a place with a living room where we could watch TV together at night.

Perfect accommodations for 2 families (9 people). The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Unit was slightly dated but was very clean. We used the wood burning fireplace daily which was great. Deck area is spacious and has a working propane grill which we used several times. They have baseboard heaters - be sure to turn these off as rooms can get very hot quickly (we would occasionally even crack the sliding glass doors). Very convenient to Riverfront Gondola (4-5 min walk), as well as grocery and Westin which has restaurants, spa, Starbucks. Underground parking was nice, plus they have outdoor parking as well. There is a ski rental shop in the building which was great for those needing to rent. Several restaurants in the building - we did takeout from the Italian place twice and really enjoyed it. We only had two minor issues (one of the keys didn't work and one of the drawer fronts in the kitchen was loose). I emailed Vail Management only to let them know for future renters (I told them it was no big deal for our stay), but they immediately responded and addressed the issues right away. Would definitely rent from this property again. The folks at Vail Management were terrific!

Reasonable accommodations. Some minor problems with heating controls in one of the bedrooms. The dresser covered the control knob for the heating system and couldn't be reached. Thus the room was cold, especially with the door closed. The master bedroom also had a similar problem with the heating control behind the bed frame. Fortunately I have long arms and was able to reach it. Otherwise the condo was very comfortable. Great location and price.

This condo had a great amount of space! great location at the bottom of the mountain but near the Westin and the gondola. Some furnishing/decor could use some updating but it was clean and roomy!
