Lodge at 100 W Beaver Creek 606, 3BD condo in heart of Avon

We stayed in Unit 606 for 30 days. It was comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We had several groups of family and friends that varied in age from 5 to 70 and they all loved it. The buildings location is perfect. It is just a very short walk to an amazing bus transportation system that included a regular direct 4 minute trips to Beaver Creek Village, refulae 19 minute direct trips to Vail Village and several other options. If you walked a few hundred more yards you are at the Westin or the Riverfront Gondola. The service and responsiveness from Management and Housekeeping were exceptional. We highly recommend and look forward to a future visit.

We have been going out to Beaver Creek to ski for the last 10 years. Normally, we stay at the Westin, but our group size was larger this year. There were 6 of us, and it was extremely spacious with room for additional guests. The 3 separate baths were an added plus. The location is ideal to walk to the gondola, which we did daily in a matter of minutes. Shuttle to the village is available. The onsite management was always available and responsive.

Good department, clean, and very good ubication

We really like the location of this condo for walking pretty much anywhere. It was great for our group of six. The kitchen is well stocked and the condo is well maintained.

We were very happy with the condo. Brian, the Vail Management Company Manager was very helpful. Several restaurants in the building which was a nice convenience. Location is close to the bus stop. Overall good experience.

Great accommodations and very convenient to Beaver Creek

stayed two weeks. It was great having ski rental place, liquor store, and restaurants! We hardly left the building. Location was awesome! Would like to stay again...Thank you Vail Management for all your help.

Honestly, the condo was even better than expected. Looked nicer, felt roomier, the balcony view was better than pictured. Amazing views of the mountains from both main bedrooms and the living room. Fireplace worked great, room was stocked with PLENTY of wood. Kitchen was beautiful... Huge island, dishwasher, fridge with water/ice maker, private washer/dryer inside the unit. The unit was very nicely and rustically decorated, bedrooms were very nice and each had their own bathrooms and closet space. underground, garage parking available to keep vehicles out of the elements.
The hotel has 3 very good restaurants plus a liquor store right there in the building, on ground level.

As far as the area... Cannot beat it. The gondola to Beaver Creek was prob a 5 min walk, if that, IN ski boots. The gondola takes you right over the highway directly to the base of the mountain and unloads you near the Ritz Carlton. There is also a shuttle that takes you to the Beaver Creek village if you want to be more centralized, and a shuttle that brings you to Vail (which is only about 15-20 mins down I-70). Both of the shuttles pick you up right around where the gondola is, on the street just behind the hotel.

Overall, you're not going to find a whole lot of reasonably priced lodging anywhere near Vail or Beaver Creek during ski season. For what you get, and the location, there's nothing else you could ask for. We even had a perfect view of the Beaver Creek fireworks (which they do on certain nights throughout the winter), right from the balcony. Really couldn't have asked for more out of the place. Would absolutely return in the future.

This is a very spacious and well situated condo in Avon. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking. (Except spices, oils,etc.). There are restaurants and food trucks in the basement or out the back door. There is a Starbucks about a block away. As with all mountain condos, if it’s a hot time of the summers, there is no a/c so it was quite warm. There are several box fans in the closets which helped.

Our condo was just perfect for our stay in Colorado for a beautiful wedding in Beaver Creek. The three bedroom/three bath accommodated the five of us perfectly. The condo was very cozy with a fireplace and was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend it.

The location and the property were wonderful! The kitchen was by far the most well-stocked I have ever come across with a vacation rental. The master bathroom steam shower was an added bonus. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, and so much more. Overall a great experience!

Excellent location, easy access to the gondola to BC and the village shops and restaurants. Brian was very accommodating .

Condo was great and just a 5 minute walk to the lift via a pedestrian walkway. The kitchen was well stocked with pans that were in great shape and even a cast iron skillet! There were any restaurants nearby and a City Market grocery store a few blocks away. Management was professional amd friendly and available if needed. The condo was actually bigger than it appeared in pictures.

We were seeking a rental for the month of January. The prior year we had rented a unit in another building nearby. We were drawn to this unit because it was furnished like a home whereas the other was poorly furnished.

The condo was very comfortable and generally well appointed. The kitchen was one of best I've ever had in a rental. This unit was one of the most well stocked I've ever seen. We cooked a lot and there were two things that the kitchen didn't have - a knife sharpener and a non stick pan. Within a few hours of the request, the property manager brought the items, brand new. There was ample storage in the kitchen for our food. The masterbedroom had a steam shower that was terrific.

It would have been nice if there was a table and chairs rather than just barstools on the kitchen island although I'm not sure that there was room for it.

We would consider renting it again, for sure and were extremely happy with communication with the property manager.

The whole vacation was breathtaking. The condo was in amazing condition and everything was available for use! Firewood was in great supply for a quick start nice night by the fire. Super close to a bunch of wonderful restaurants and bars. 5 minute walk to the beaver creek resort. Even some board games to play with the family at night! Wonderful place was super clean with nice appliances and even cool views of the surrounding mountains and valley.

This condo was a perfect fit for a multi age and mobility family visit. This was a spacious, clean, well appointed one level unit with a great sunset view. If you are travelling with someone that uses a transport wheelchair, this unit was perfect. They must be accompanied in and out of the building as there are 3 doors to get to the condo and they are not push button powered. Doors need to be opened at main entrance, at the elevator lobby to your floor, and at the entrance to the condo. It had been difficult to find a large unit on one floor until finding this one. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen well stocked to cook meals, the grocery store and drug store are a block away, the liquor store is on the first floor of the building, and the best doughnuts in the Valley are only a 2 minute drive. We had wonderful and tiring adventures each day and a place to call home each night. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the stay - condo was clean and recently updated. Plenty of space for everyone and great location in downtown Avon. Building has several restaurants in the lobby that were convenient.

Great Condo, well-appointed and good location.

This property was incredibly clean and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious. Oh, and we loved the wood burning fireplace and the steam function in the shower!
(There isn't a dining room table, but the seating at the large kitchen counter is more than adequate.)
