Lodge at 100 W Beaver Creek 607, 3BD Condo in heart of Avon

We really enjoyed the rental property. My only complaint is the bed in the middle room (room #2) was awful. The box spring or frame of the bed had been broken and the mattress sagged in the middle with the head of the bed lower than the foot.

The rental experience was great! When we had problems, the manager responded promptly. The property was clean and spacious. The kitchen and family room were updated and very nice. The location was very nice and made it easy to get to the shuttle as well as enjoy a meal right downstairs. The beds were just ok, the pillows were awful and I wished I had brought my own. The bathrooms were dated, but clean and plenty of hot water.

We had a lovely stay. The condo was dated, but fine for a ski vacay. The main drawback was the poor lighting throughout. There were lots of activities right outside the building.

We had a great experience with this unit. Staff was friendly and accommodated a request we had to avoid some incoming winter weather. Rooms were spacious and the wood fireplace may have been the best part after returning from a chilly day on the slopes.
The quick walk to the Gondola made for easy lift access and a quick departure from the busy village while we enjoyed fresh tracks at Beaver Creek. Highly recommend this unit!!

We stayed for a week in the summer and the condo was perfect. It was very clean, had all the things we needed for our stay, and we had easy communication with management. We visited both Vail and Beaver Creek, drove up to Leadville, and rafted from Wolcott, and the condo was a perfect home base. We walked to concerts at the nearby park, and enjoyed sitting next to the lake. The liquor store and restaurants in the lobby were super convenient. The condo has two balconies, so no matter the time of day we had a great place to sit outside with a drink.

Loved the place, the building and the management company was very responsive to a small request we had during our stay.

The overall experience was very good. We especially liked the airflow from windows and doors. I used the kitchen a lot and was good. The convenience of having restaurants downstairs, the bus stop just around the corner and working elevators was great.

Very nice accommodations. Only critic is the lack of control of the heat in the bedrooms.

The condo was perfect! It was clean, well stocked and close to everything. We had 4 adults and a baby. The location was great for the wedding we were attending, skiing and all other amenities.

We had a great time. So much to do and so convenient. Our condo was clean and roomy!

We were very comfortable and love the ease of access to the Riverfront Gondola. It’s not posh, but well kept and met all our needs. The access to the rec center for pool, hot tub, and gym was not convenient enough for us to use, but it you were willing to walk 2 blocks for a hot tub, the facilities were nice. Management was great and very responsive. The walk to gondola was 2 minutes and very accessible with easy green run access for beginner skiers.Liquor store, ski rental, and restaurants in the building were a huge bonus. Highly recommend.
