This luxury top-floor corner penthouse spans two levels and offers spectacular views of Beaver Creek Ski Resort. Located in the heart of Avon, it’s the perfect mountain retreat for up to 11 guests. The spacious, private penthouse features a large living room with vaulted ceilings and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, ideal for unwinding after a day on the slopes. With three bedrooms, a den, and a loft, the home includes a king bed, two double beds, another king bed, and additional sleeping space with a twin sofa sleeper in the loft and a queen sofa sleeper in the den. Each bedroom boasts its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.
The Lodge at 100 W Beaver Creek Blvd is ideally located in the heart of Avon, just a short walk to the Riverfront Express Gondola, providing easy access to Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 7400 feet elevation. Opening the balcony door cools the condo pretty quickly.

Would definitely recommend this condo. There was 6 of us but could definitely fit more. Brian of Vail Mgmt was on top of things and communicated very well before our stay. He actually was a life saver when our flight was cancelled out of EGE airport. Highly recommend!

Great location! Walk to the gondola and lots of restaurants. Love the garage parking so no cleaning the snow off your car! The property management company is fantastic, great communication and easy to work with. Really like this building. Have stayed in a few units here. This unit a very large so if you have a big group this would accommodate it. It was very spacious. Loved the big windows that let you see the beautiful views. The unit could definitely use a bit of updating and paint though. Looks a bit nicer in pics than in person. It wasn’t bad by any means, it just looked a bit worn.

The condo was exactly as pictured and provided a lot of room for our family of 5 who are all adults. Location is amazing with great access to the mountain and easy parking. Great kitchen but could use a pancake griddle. Beds were very comfortable except the first room that needs a new mattress. Lots of room to spread out, do puzzles, read, etc.

Perfect place for a large family or multi family stay. Plenty of space and Vail management (Brian) made everything easy for us. Having All the amenities in the same building is great as well. The liquor/beer store downstairs is great, Bob’s does a nice breakfast/lunch/dinner and Venture Sports Bike Rentals is a friendly shop with a LOT of options.

What a great place to relax and rest after a day of skiing. Short walk to gondola to get you to lift. Nice to have Adventure sports in the building along with Bob's Burgers.
Lovely penthouse was as pictured. Great location with 3 restaurants in the building! The penthouse was very spacious and clean. The furniture was a little dated but in good condition. The master bath shower and tub could use a remodel. Overall, a great place to stay.
