Sun Vail 22B, 2BD Condo with Vail Mountain Views

We absolutely love Sun Vail 22B and have stayed here so many times over the past 7 years. The owners of the condo have done an exceptional job making it such a wonderful place to stay. Many incredible memories here for our family!

It was beautiful!! The condo was modern and updated, we loved everything including the porch!

It fit our family of 4 perfectly. The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos, but still enjoyable. FYI- beds are very firm. Nicely updated, clean and great location.

Great condo that checks all our boxes for a ski trip rental! Accurate description and well maintained property so close to everything that our rental car never moved once we arrived.

Spent four days/nights with family of four in 22B.

Sun Vail 22B condo unit exceeded our expectations! We are a family with two children, ages 10 and 12. The unit had two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, washer/dryer and a large living space with a working fire place. The walk to Lionshead was less than 10 minutes. We stored our skis and equipment at Vail Ski Tech. The owners of 22B have a locker there. The ski shop will store your skis and boots (for a small fee). The locker can hold your helmets and boots (if you choose not to use the boot warmer). No need to store skis in the locker unless you bring your own.
Why this condo is a great rental:
Kitchen - fridge, microwave, oven and all the kitchen supplies one would need. Large kitchen table that my husband used as a desk to work remotely. Drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Kitchen was stocked with basic spices and coffee filters. Vail Management provides dish soap, sponge, garbage bags and paper towels.
Washer/Dryer - Worked very well. Vail Management does not supply laundry detergent so we bought a small bottle and left the rest for the next guest.
Bathrooms - Two full bathrooms with a door separating the shower from the vanity. Hair dryer in one bathroom. Vail Management provides a basket of toiletries under each vanity. A variety of bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. They provide plenty of towels and wash cloths. They also provide toilet paper and tissues.
Safeway and City Market are a short drive (less than five minutes) down the road. Safeway has a Starbucks inside of it and I believe City Market does too. We didn't realize how close the grocery stores were so we did Instacart from Safeway before we arrived and the groceries were by the door when we got to Vail.
You do have to walk up a couple of flights of stairs to get to the unit as it's on the second floor. Not a big deal but when you are carrying luggage and not used to the altitude, you can get short of breath fast!

Property was exactly as dscribed. Very confortable and well equiped condo in a great location. We had no issues during our stay and would highly reccomend.

The condo was updated , nicely decorated and convenient . Living area great for hanging out .

Sun Vail 22B was a great place for us on our trip to Vail! The location is great by Lionshead with the pedestrian bridge so close to the condo. It was so nice to park the car at the condo and just walk to Vail Village and Lionshead. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked which was great for breakfast and lunches. The manager responded right away to an item we needed so that was very helpful! I recommend this condo and would definitely book it again for another stay!

We just love this condo. It is so welcoming and comfortable and the pedestrian bridge makes it so convenient. We’ve stayed there multiple times and plan to go back!
