Vail Trails East 6, 2BD + Loft Condo on East side Vail Village

Great location! Very nice stay and was perfect for family of 5. Less than 5 min walk to Vail Village and Gondola walk. Easy walk to George’ bar in Mountain Haus to enjoy football playoffs and Apres ski. Will be back!

Very good location but this property needs a 100% over haul.

We enjoyed this rental. The kitchen was sufficiently outfitted, altho oddly laid out. The beds and linens were fine. Only complaint would be no AC, and no screens. Our visit was in summer. With no AC, it would be nice to keep windows open with no chance of bugs.

This unit is in a very good location. Just a 5 minute walk to the Golden Peak chair or Gondola 1. The walk is slightly up hill. It's also a very short walk to the shops and restaurants.

It's a very compact unit in the living and kitchen area. One bathroom is reasonably sized. The other under the loft is VERY small. If you are over 6' tall it's almost unusable. The two bedrooms are also reasonably sized. The furnishing are showing a lot of wear in the bedrooms especially. The kitchen had lots of dishes, utensils and glasses. There are only 2 burners on the cook top and almost no counter space. The outside deck and grill were nice to have. As the pictures show there are lots of paintings. Almost feels like a museum or your grandmothers house.

Overall I would rate the unit as adequate and the location as excellent.

Although property is older than expected, location is terrific and close to bus stop if needed.

Great location, broken furniture

This condo was the perfect place to stay for our 10 days in Vail. Any problems we had got fixed promptly. It was nice to fall asleep to the sounds of the creek right out side our window.

The apartment is as advertised and in a great location. Management company was helpful, no issues. FYI, the twin beds are in a loft up a ladder, not for everyone, but otherwise fine.

We have rented at Gore Creek in the past. The location is great and within 5 minute walking distance to Gondola One in Vail Village. The main bedrooms were nice along with main bathroom. The kitchen was spacious and easy to prepare meals. The gas fire place was nice to warm up after a great day on the hills. Even the neighbors were nice and had a dog that we enjoyed as we are pet lovers. The only negative comment would be the bathroom off the kitchen is to be desired as the layout for the sink and toilet was not the best. The loft sleeps two, but is a little climb if you have small children.
Parking spot was convenient and easy to unload luggage and ski gear, well maintained daily.

Having been a visitor to vail for years this condo is a great location. Quick walk to lift and restaurants. Unit was neat and clean.

Excellent property, walking distance to Vail village and Golden Peak. Well kept property and clean will all amenities as described. Comfortable apartment with open spaces, will definitely come back. We even had a leaking problem to the downstairs apartment which was resolved immediately.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The beds were all very comfortable and the unit itself was spotless. It is within walking distance to the Village and the bus stop is almost in front of the community. I would definitely stay here again ... thank you to the owners for a wonderful weekend in your home.

The condo met our needs as it was close to the Oktoberfest venue in Vail East. However, the walls are very thin and we could hear everyone in the other units in our building.

Also, there was something that irritated my allergies in the unit. Not sure if it was a cleaning agent/detergent that was used or something else.

Also, there is no on-suite bathroom for either bedroom. The second bedroom is extremely small.

Other than that, the kitchen is well equipped, other than there are no hot don't bake unless you bring some with you. Plenty of towels for the bathrooms.

The management company was very professional. The condo was well stocked with kitchen items, plenty of clean towels, clean linens, comfortable beds, fantastic location!!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at VTE6 given it's quiet location near the river and also the 4-5 minute walk to Vail Village. Vail Village and the general area has a great throw-back vibe with plenty of shops and eateries. We were visiting for mountain biking so being close to gondola 1 was a nice perk! We did have a small mishap with no hot water for part of the stay but it was fixed and Vail Mgt. was very generous with a great discount for our inconvenience....thanks again guys:) The unit is on the older side but in reasonable shape so we didn't mind because of the location and the price/value is very good. Would definitely recommend the unit given the location and value!

We are a family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) and the apartment was just perfect. Spacious, comfortable, not a big complex -- it suited us very well for our ski vacation and staying in when we were not skiing. Location is fantastic, 4 minutes to Golden Peak and 4 minutes to Vail Village. We skied 7 days, ordered groceries, ordered take out and walked about the village.

The location is great. The light is great. The beds are comfortable. The wifi worked after a day of effort. The condo needs a refresh. The walls need paint. One window has a crack. A chair is broken. Drawers don't close. One quirk which is kind of funny is that in one bathroom the sink faces the toilet and is so close you have to wrap your legs around the sink post to sit.

This location was perfect for easy access to Golden Peak and Vail Village. Basically a 2 block walk to each. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. The unit appears to have a settling problem, apparent from a Sheetrock crack in the bigger bathroom and the bathroom door would not shut all the way. Reported it to the management company, but because of Covid they could not come and fix. The door stays open about a half inch. If privacy is necessary then be aware of this. Otherwise a great stay.

Well appointed and cozy 2 bedroom with a loft for two adults. Gas fireplace and a big balcony. We rented this condo from February 9th to the 15th 2021. The location is amazing. Right in town, with a two minute, tops, walk to gondola one. Step out the door, look right and walk 500 feet and you are ready to explore all the restaurants and shops.

The place was everything we expected. The location, the accomadations, the check in. I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay and we are pretty sure this will become our go to place for any stay in Vail. Great location just steps from the chair lift and from the village, right on the shuttle stop. Quiet and clean. Great amenities! Thanks for a great stay!

Comfortable, well stocked home in a perfect location. We loved the easy walk to the lifts and excellent proximity to restaurants. Booking, check in and all communication was seamless, professional and friendly.
